I Called the Mafia Don to Find My Son
LostAndFoundTakedownPlot Twists
Five years ago, nine-month-pregnant Claire was kidnapped and went into premature labor; when she woke up, all she was handed was her son's death certificate. Five years later, the very day she learned she was pregnant again, she caught her husband Ethan—supposedly away on a business trip—holding a five-year-old boy. Born on the same day as her lost son, the child called another woman, Vivian, "Mommy"; Ethan had even recreated their marital home for the two of them. Claire hid her pregnancy test, signed the divorce papers, and got into the car of Dante—the most feared mafia don in the city, the man she had rejected seven years ago. As her investigation deepened, she discovered her son was never dead: Vivian had swapped him and taken him away, where he suffered abuse. Fighting Ethan wits against wits for custody while Dante helps her uncover the truth, Claire finally exposes a staggering five-year-long conspiracy.
